M and H Consultants set out to deliver a personal and bespoke training and consultancy service to their clients in the arenas of Fire Safety, Security, Leadership Development and Health and Safety.

Whilst M and H undertake many one off engagements with clients, our core business strategy is to secure a retained client list of quality commercial and local authority organizations. By following this strategy M and H aim to develop business partnerships with their clients reflecting knowledge, trust and integrity, which will benefit all parties.

The establishment of a long running relationship with clients will enable us to understand the intricate business processes and aims of individual retained client companies, enabling the Consultancy to cut through the 'learning and trust' curve encountered by 'stranger consultants', allowing the client to benefit from swifter and more effective responses and importantly a significant reduction of the current market level consultancy fees.

Prior to engagement on any particular task the Directors of M and H will undertake a no charge engagement exercise to ensure we understand the challenges and goals of the client and thereafter present an individually designed solution to the current need of the client.

In addition engagement with M and H will provide the client with the access support of a range of current experts across a wide variety of skills and a network of high level professional contacts across the UK.
